suna Continuous Subscription Agreement
Thank you for applying for suna's auto-renewal membership service. Please read and click to agree to the "suna Auto-Renewal Membership Service Agreement."
1.1 To activate the paid service and continuous subscription, you must ensure that you have full civil capacity and full civil conduct capacity during the activation and use of this service, and that you are capable of fulfilling the rights and obligations under this agreement.
1.2 The auto-renewal service is designed to prevent you from missing a renewal due to negligence or other reasons. You authorize suna to, when your premium membership, super membership, or annual membership (hereinafter collectively referred to as “membership”) is about to expire, entrust the payment channel to automatically deduct the fee for the next billing cycle from your linked third-party payment account, bank card, or communication account (hereinafter collectively referred to as "account"), without verifying your account password, payment password, SMS verification code, etc. Billing cycles may include weekly, annually, etc., and you can choose according to the prompts on the page. If renewal fails due to insufficient available balance in the mentioned account, suna reserves the right to suspend/terminate the corresponding membership benefits and services. Except as otherwise provided by law, suna will not refund any fees already paid by you.
1.3 Subscription content includes: Premium Membership: lasts for one week, receiving 35 energy points; Super Membership: lasts for one week, receiving 75 energy points; Annual Membership: lasts for one year, receiving 800 energy points.
2.1 suna will deduct the fee for the next billing cycle 24 hours before or after the expiration of the auto-renewal service from your account, record the payment in your membership payment history, and extend the validity of the membership accordingly. Once the deduction is successful, suna has the right to immediately collect the fee without providing a refund. In case of any errors during the payment process, both suna and you should cooperate to identify the cause and bear the losses due to your own fault.
2.2 suna may modify this agreement based on business needs and will publish the revised agreement on this page. If you do not agree with the revised agreement, you can cancel the auto-renewal service. If you continue to use this service, it will be deemed that you have acknowledged, agreed to, and accepted all the terms of the revised agreement.
2.3 You can choose to cancel the auto-renewal service at your own discretion. If you do not cancel, it is deemed that you agree to allow suna to continue trying deductions according to specific rules. Once the deduction is successful, suna will activate the membership service for the next billing cycle. If you renew your membership during its validity period, the validity period will be extended based on the original service period.
If you purchase the auto-renewal service via iOS, due to Apple's regulations, we cannot cancel it directly. You can cancel it by following these steps: Open "Settings" → Go to "iTunes Store & App Store" → Click "Apple ID" → View "Apple ID" → Click "Subscriptions" → Select "suna" → Click "Cancel Subscription."
4.1 Unless otherwise announced by suna, this agreement will take effect once you activate the auto-renewal service and remain in effect until you terminate the auto-renewal service or cancel your account. You have the right to terminate the auto-renewal service. After termination, suna will stop providing the auto-renewal service. Any deduction instructions before terminating the auto-renewal service will remain valid, and suna will not refund the fees already deducted based on these instructions.
4.2 suna reserves the right to suspend or terminate the auto-renewal service due to business adjustments, price changes, etc. If this happens, suna will notify you through an announcement.
