Ensuring user safety and privacy is our top priority, and we will make every effort to protect your privacy. This privacy policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information when you access our mobile application (the "app"). Please read this privacy policy carefully. If you do not agree with the terms of this privacy policy, please do not access the app.
We reserve the right to change this privacy policy at any time for any reason. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "last updated" date of this privacy policy. We encourage you to review this privacy policy regularly to stay informed of any updates. If you continue to use the app after the revised privacy policy is posted, you will be deemed to have understood, be bound by, and accepted the changes to the revised privacy policy.
We may collect necessary information about your usage in various ways. The information we collect for different purposes includes:
Identifiers and internet and network activity information (e.g., IP address, device model, device type, operating system version, device language, device name, country/region settings, information about your interaction with the app, and unique identifiers including IDFA or AAID), and other information required to enable you to use the app.
To generate AI videos, the app processes the text and/or images you upload, which will be automatically deleted from our servers after 24 hours. Videos generated based on your uploaded text and/or images will be automatically deleted from our servers after 15 days. The technology implemented in the app does not allow for unique identification or authentication of individual users.
You understand and agree that, to provide a benevolent AI creation tool for a wide range of users, and to ensure the healthy development of the suna app in compliance with the laws and regulations regarding AI-generated services in mainland China, we will review the text, images, and generated video results uploaded by users in mainland China. This review process involves an initial machine review via Alibaba Cloud's content review API, followed by manual review if necessary based on the machine's results and user reports.
You understand and agree that, to comply with the laws and regulations regarding AI-generated services in mainland China, we are required to retain user logs legally even after deleting videos and generated results for users in mainland China. These logs will be encrypted and retained for 90 days, after which they will be automatically deleted. We will not access your logs unless directed by regulatory authorities or if you report a bug and need to query the issue, and we will take necessary measures to protect the security of these logs.
Finally, you must ensure that you have the appropriate legal rights or have obtained proper authorization to upload the content and use the aforementioned functions. Otherwise, you will bear all consequences and losses resulting from this.
To ensure service quality and improve our app, we use Google Firebase SDK to collect, analyze, and correct faults and errors, and to monitor illegal use or abuse of the app. We collect statistical data on user functionality usage, which does not track individual users but is based on aggregate statistics.
To help users address issues encountered during use, we collect identity and contact information (such as name, email address) and the content of your communications or requests. We use this data solely for user support and will delete it within 1 year after the case is resolved.
We conduct surveys, statistical analyses, or other research activities to improve our products and services, maintain, optimize, and develop new features. We promote our products and services to more creators like you and use our advertising to reach inactive users. Therefore, we measure the effectiveness of our activities and make our advertising more relevant. This data includes your identifiers and internet and network activity information (e.g., IDFA or AAID, and IP address), information about your interaction with the app, and other relevant information.
IDFA (on iPhone or iPad) and AAID (on Android devices) are unique device identifiers provided by your device’s operating system that allow advertisers to track and identify users for advertising purposes. To disable this tracking:
· On iOS and iPadOS 14.5, go to "Settings" > "Privacy" > "Tracking," then turn off "Allow Apps to Request to Track" or allow tracking for specific apps.
· On earlier iOS or iPadOS versions, go to "Settings" > "Privacy" > "Advertising," then turn on "Limit Ad Tracking."
To comply with internet deep synthesis management regulations, for users in mainland China, we need to collect your phone number for real-name authentication before using AI drawing and other deep synthesis functions and services. Users outside mainland China do not need phone number authentication.
Personal data may be processed and stored automatically and manually on our premises and our service providers’ servers. We take technical and organizational measures to prevent the loss, misuse, and alteration of your personal data.
Personal data processed for the purposes described in Section 1.1 (including personal facial images) will be retained only as long as necessary for the described purposes, and images uploaded to the app to generate AI videos will be deleted from our servers after 24 hours. Images generated based on your uploaded pictures will be deleted from our servers after 30 days.
Personal data processed for the purposes described in Sections 1.1 and 1.3 (including personal images, personal descriptions) will never be shared or disclosed to any third parties.
Personal data processed for the purposes described in Sections 1.2 and 1.4 (which cannot be traced to specific individuals) may be shared as follows:
· Improving Our Services: We use this information to help improve our services and user experience, including monitoring overall metrics such as total visitors, traffic, and demographic patterns.
· Third-Party Partners: We share collected information with third-party business partners who commit to complying with applicable laws on information use. Our third-party partners may share information with their own third-party partners and use this information for their own or their business partners' purposes: 1) to operate and improve their services; 2) to provide and advertise products and services based on variables such as your location and to assess your interactions with them.
